How do you know when a halls skip is about to occur?

Hall timer is every 12mn ( example 9.00 9.12 9.24 9.36 ... ) , thus if your timer fits , you can know it will be hall skip..
However , this is quite hard to predict on GMT evening , because much more people are playing , and many can get that timer at same time . |

It is when you skip maps that are part of the normal sequence and go directly to the final map. If you play late night in U.S. it is common to go right from the underworld directly to Halls. You can win halls for only 3 fame.

Ya, I've been to Halls with a randomway (literally, 100% random people, but we won two matches lol). It was later in the evening when not many people were playing.
